About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Fresh Industries Inc. as a key player in our e-commerce division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for our products and services, taking into account credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Oversee Sales and Orders: Ensure seamless preparation and execution of sales and orders, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Promote Sales: Identify and solicit potential clients, assess their needs, and recommend our products or services to drive sales growth.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to existing and potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Represent Fresh Industries Inc.: Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company in international trade and e-commerce, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Execute sales transactions through various channels, including internet-based electronic commerce, and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Provide Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise Team Members: Lead and mentor a team of technical sales specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or international trade.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in e-commerce or international trade.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish (Castilian) an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM, with experience in sales forecasting software and e-commerce platforms.
