About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at A B Traders Ltd. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable goods or services to meet their requirements.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products or services.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote our offerings.
  • Represent our company in a professional manner, both internally and externally.
  • Conduct sales transactions and prepare sales contracts.
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze sales data and identify trends.
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure our products meet client needs.
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products or services.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Advertise and promote our products, sales, or services.
  • Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work setting: Business services, Sales.
