About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote our products and services.
  • Represent A B Traders Ltd in international trade, promoting our products and services to clients and partners.
  • Conduct sales transactions and prepare sales contracts to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze market trends and predict sales performance.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure our products meet client needs and stay competitive in the market.
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products and services.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Advertise and promote our products and services to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide customer service to ensure clients receive exceptional support and care.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure smooth team operations.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, business services, and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Database management skills to analyze sales data and identify trends.
  • Marketing skills to promote our products and services.
  • Food and beverages industry experience is an asset.
