Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate estimates or quotes for pricing, credit terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
- Supervise the preparation of sales orders and contracts.
- Promote products and services to existing clients while identifying and engaging potential new clients.
- Assess client needs to recommend suitable products or services.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Facilitate sales transactions, including those conducted through e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
- Utilize sales forecasting software to predict market trends.
- Assist in product design to meet specific client requirements.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales specialists.
Oversee a team of 16-20 technical sales specialists.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM.
- Ability to work under pressure with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong client focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral communication abilities.
- Highly organized and reliable team player.
- Demonstrates initiative and maintains a positive attitude.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
