We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Fresh Industries Inc. as a key player in our e-commerce division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for clients, taking into account credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Oversee Sales and Orders: Ensure seamless preparation and execution of sales and orders, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Sales: Identify and solicit potential clients, promoting our products and services to existing and new customers.
  • Assess Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and uses of our products and services.
  • Represent the Company: Act as a representative of Fresh Industries Inc. in international trade, promoting our brand and products to clients and partners.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Execute sales transactions through various channels, including internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer exceptional customer service, providing ongoing support and consulting to clients after sales.
  • Supervise Team Members: Lead and supervise a team of technical sales specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Plan Training Sessions: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Requirements
  • Language: English
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Education: Master's degree
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, Quick Books, Zoho CRM
