Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable goods or services to meet their requirements.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote our products and services.
  • Represent A B Traders Ltd in a professional manner, promoting our brand and values.
  • Conduct sales transactions and prepare sales contracts to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure our products meet client needs and expectations.
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our goods or services.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Advertise and promote our products, sales, or services to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide customer service to ensure clients receive the highest level of support.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Database management, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
  • Industry experience: Food and beverages.
  • Sales experience: Marketing.
