About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Fresh Industries Inc. as an E-commerce Expert. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in sales, international trade, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for clients, taking into account credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Oversee Sales and Orders: Ensure seamless preparation and execution of sales and orders, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Promote Sales: Develop and implement strategies to promote sales to existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assess Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the most suitable goods or services, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
  • Represent the Company: Act as a representative of Fresh Industries Inc. in international trade, promoting our brand and products to clients and partners.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Manage sales transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Use Sales Forecasting Software: Utilize sales forecasting software to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and inform business decisions.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer exceptional customer service, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients after sales and throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
  • Education: A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, international trade, or e-commerce.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, international trade, or e-commerce, with a strong background in technical sales and customer service.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish and other languages an asset.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM, with experience in sales forecasting software and e-commerce platforms.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
