Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at New Age Granite And Marble Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize team productivity
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Dental and health care plans
- Permanent work term
- 35 hours per week
