At Ontario Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, assisting in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, plan and control budget and expenditures, and perform data entry.

Work conditions and physical capabilities include tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a permanent work term. The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week and will be required to have a strong understanding of English.
