Job Title: Office Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Ontario Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
Experience:
- 7 months to less than 1 year
