We are seeking a Global Talent Development Lead to join our team at Tangerine Bank. As a key member of our Campus Recruitment and Talent Development team, you will play a critical role in building, developing, and managing a portfolio of Associates within our development program, Inspire.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted development, impactful coaching, mentorship, and oversight of employees, their performance, and transition to the business post-program. You will design, build, and implement curriculum and content to support the evolution of the program while continuously evaluating and enhancing program offerings to meet changing needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and manage talent strategies that align with business objectives.
- Understand campus recruitment cycles and talent attraction to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, leadership, finance, HR Business Partners, and other centre of excellences to deliver a sustainable talent funnel.
- Experience in talent development, preferably in a banking or financial services industry.
- Strong partnership and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A University Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Commerce is preferred.
