About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to spearhead the development and execution of our global compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Total Rewards Strategy:
    • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive Total Rewards strategies that align with the company's growth, culture, and talent needs.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing compensation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and People leadership on compensation matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Market Intelligence & Benchmarking:
    • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry trends.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements and adjustments.
    • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on Compensation performance, trends, and recommendations.
    Must Have Qualifications:
    • At least 8+ years in a leadership role managing a global compensation team.
    • Proven expertise in designing and managing global compensation programs in fast-paced, global organizations.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
    • Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex information to executives and stakeholders.

The estimated salary range for this position is $151,000 - $211,000 CAD, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent and recognizing employee value.
