Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Talent Development to join our team in Campus Recruitment and Talent Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a portfolio of Associates within Catalyst, the global operations development program.
  • The ideal candidate will provide targeted development, impactful coaching, mentorship, and oversight of employees, ensuring their performance and transition to the business post-program.
  • This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and implement curriculum and content to support the evolution of the program, continuously evaluating and enhancing program offerings to meet changing needs.
  2. Play a crucial role in delivering a sustainable talent funnel to meet long-term business needs by identifying gaps, assessing candidate skills and interest, and providing development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to create a best-in-class development program experience through campus-wide initiatives, program reviews, and market research analysis.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in developing, executing, and managing talent strategies.
  • Understanding of campus recruitment cycles and talent attraction is an asset.
  • Creative and enthusiastic individual with a friendly and positive outlook.
  • Spanish language proficiency is desirable.
  • A University Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Commerce is preferred.
  • Strong internal training programs to support growth and skill enhancement.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and location.
