- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Budgeting: Prepare budget and cost estimates for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
