About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Performance Management Transformation to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving transformational change and leading the development of our performance management function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement industry-leading performance management practices to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new performance management processes and tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

  • Proven experience in performance management and transformational change
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with data and analytics to inform business decisions
