Senior Transformation Manager, Performance Optimization

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Manager, Performance Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving transformation and performance management initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, including our products, services, and customers.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and teams to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving transformation and performance management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
