Job Title: Transformational Change Management Expert - Senior

About the Role:

We are seeking a Transformational Change Management Expert - Senior to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading medium to large transformational change projects, developing actionable and targeted change management plans, and applying structured change management approaches and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in development of communication plans, change management strategies, and training plans.
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management fundamentals and understanding of the lifecycle of a project.
• Ability to prioritize workload, demonstrate critical thinking, identify problems, develop, and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a health or clinical context.
• Demonstrated experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities, particularly in a healthcare context.
• Demonstrated experience with the privacy and security requirements of software development in a healthcare or clinical context.
