Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at Rubicon Path. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of complex digital transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior management and project leads to develop and maintain integrated project plans, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, including reputational risks.
  • Provide regular status reports, briefings, and advice to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and facilitate communications functions to connect diverse partners, driving consensus for project delivery on time.

About You:

  • Certified Project Manager (PMP or PRINCE2) with at least 8 years of experience in delivering complex digital/I&IT projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects, with a focus on business process transformation and technology implementation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Familiarity with project management software and methodologies, including MS Project.
