About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Technology Transformation Lead to join our team in Toronto. This role will be responsible for leading technology mergers and acquisitions (M&A) engagements, including due diligence, separation planning, synergy planning, and transition planning. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technology M&A engagements from scoping to delivery, working closely with senior client executives and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive technology transformation plans, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Analyze complex data sets, identifying key insights and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on M&A and transformation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure as a service, and data center operations.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, are an asset.
