Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SHREEJI FOOD INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with food and supply vendors to ensure the highest quality products and services.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working space.
  • Work Schedule: Work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience in a restaurant management or operations role is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
