About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SHREEJI FOOD INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with Suppliers

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies. This will involve building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and quality of products.

Customer Service

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be the primary point of contact for customer complaints or concerns. They will be responsible for resolving issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that customers leave the restaurant satisfied.

Operations Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations. This will involve managing staff, inventory, and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Work Environment

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year is required.

Experience

Experience in a restaurant management role is an asset, but not required. Equivalent experience in a related field will be considered.

Work Language

The successful candidate must be fluent in English.

Work Hours

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
