We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a positive work culture among team members.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
  • Schedule staff, perform inventory counts, and maintain safety and health standards.
  • Assist in hiring and training new team members and shift managers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of creating a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
