We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SHREEJI FOOD INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with food and supply vendors to ensure the highest quality products and optimal pricing.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Experience: While experience is an asset, we are open to training the right candidate. A permanent position with 30-40 hours per week is available.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
