Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes
  • Prepare and cook comprehensive meals and specialty dishes for various events, including banquets
  • Oversee the kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage the preparation and cooking of meals or specialty foods
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Design menus and ensure that all food meets our quality standards
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices
