About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SHREEJI FOOD INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with food and supply vendors to ensure the highest quality products and optimal pricing.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we are open to training the right candidate. Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Language and Work Hours: Fluency in English is required, and the work schedule is 30 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
