Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Vietnamese Diner Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and demonstrating attention to detail.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
- Dependability, initiative, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Restaurant setting with a fast-paced environment.
English.
