We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management

Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking of supplies and ingredients.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
