Restaurant Operations Manager

Ngon Ngon Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the restaurant's standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent waste and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
