Restaurant Operations Manager

Ngon Ngon Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation. Recruit, hire, and manage staff to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
