About Ngon Ngon Restaurant

We are a dynamic restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu plans to determine cost of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring that they align with the restaurant's budget and quality standards.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the restaurant's daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that supplies are adequate and that waste is minimized.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
