- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that supplies are adequate and that waste is minimized.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
