Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Vietnamese Diner Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Food and Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and portioning.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, including food order summaries for the chef.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods. We value client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, and dependability in our team members.
Requirements:- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
