Job Title: Office Administrator
About the Role: At SilverFox Group Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, managing administrative procedures, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and reliability.
