Sales Growth and Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business expansion in the Canadian market by identifying and developing opportunities in the mining, metals, and mineral processing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive sales in the mining and mineral processing industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING C-SUITE EXECUTIVES AND DECISION-MAKERS.
  • Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and commodity insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in technical mining, mineral processing, or fixed mining equipment environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in territory development and management.
  • Strong technical background in metallurgy, mining, or mineral processing (highly required).
  • In-depth knowledge of various commodities and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annumBenefits
