Strategic Salesforce Manager for Commercial Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Salesforce Manager to drive commercial growth and lead our team in implementing innovative Salesforce solutions.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the architecture and integration of Salesforce solutions, ensuring smooth operation and data flow across all platforms. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from project/feature backlog prioritization, requirement engineering, and development oversight through testing, release, and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed business & functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and wireframes.
  • Design solutions that include customization, integration, and automation to optimize business processes and deliver actionable insights.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for software development, security, and data management.
  • Manage the Salesforce roadmap and architecture, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Handle Salesforce and other commercial application projects from conception to delivery, in collaboration with the Project Management team to ensure they are completed on time and aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce integrates fluidly with other enterprise applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications or other relevant certifications.
  • MBA or other business certificate an asset.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a similar leadership position with at least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and distribution business processes would be a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of Developers and Specialists.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS application integrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development.
  • Knowledge of additional commercial applications like ERP or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • MuleSoft experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment preferred.
