Realstar is a leading property management firm seeking an experienced Leasing Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Property Management Operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, responding to inquiries and showcasing our properties.
  • Prepare and process leasing contracts, applications, and other related documents.
  • Conduct credit checks, reference checks, and employment verifications as required.
  • Ensure positive resident relations, writing notices and addressing resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including resident information and property data.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration, sales, leasing apartments, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with Yardi knowledge an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in French and English (required).
