Realstar is a leading property management firm seeking an experienced Leasing Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Property Management Operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, responding to inquiries and showcasing our properties.
- Prepare and process leasing contracts, applications, and other related documents.
- Conduct credit checks, reference checks, and employment verifications as required.
- Ensure positive resident relations, writing notices and addressing resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including resident information and property data.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration, sales, leasing apartments, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, with Yardi knowledge an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, with a strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual in French and English (required).
