Laura Canada, a family-owned retailer with over 2,000 dedicated team members and more than 140 retail store locations across Canada, seeks an exceptional Lease Administrator to join their team in Laval, Quebec.


About the Role:


We are committed to helping you reach your full potential by offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Lease Administrator, you will contribute to our success by supporting activities aimed at protecting our interests through lease preparation, negotiation, revision, reconciliation, and coordination.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Review, amend, negotiate, and provide feedback for Lease Contract documentation in collaboration with the Lease Administration team, internal/external legal counsel, and the Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease documentation for administrative and financial purposes.
  • Prepare monthly rent rolls and billing adjustments, coordinating payments with the Accounting team.
  • Reconcile financial clauses and account statements with landlords where applicable.
  • Collections from tenants.

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with database applications such as Retail Lease, Siterra, Lucernex, or other lease management software.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
