Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Administrative Assistant to support our Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including marketing, showing suites, and finalizing lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage appointments or viewings with prospective clients.
  • Answer residential inquiries and provide leasing information as required.
  • Prepare applications and leasing contracts.
  • Process resident applications and conduct credit, reference, and employment checks.
  • Ensure positive resident relations and write notices to residents.
  • Proof, scan, and file documents.
  • Promptly respond to resident issues and service requests.
  • Recognize residents' unique requirements and compile research data on rental markets.

Requirements:
  • Strong administration experience, preferably in office administration, sales, leasing apartments, or a related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Yardi knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and desire to see tasks to completion.
  • Bilingual in French and English (required).
