Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join our team in Laval, Quebec. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the preparation, negotiation, and coordination of various lease and lease-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lease Contract Management: Review, amend, negotiate, and provide feedback for Lease Contract documentation in collaboration with the Lease Administration team, internal/external legal counsel, and the Executive team.
  • Documentation Management: Keep records of lease documentation for administrative and financial purposes.
  • Financial Management: Prepare monthly rent rolls and billing adjustments, and coordinate payments with the Accounting team.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile financial clauses and account statements where applicable with landlords.
  • Tenant Allowances: Bill and collect tenant allowances.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of database applications such as Retail Lease, Siterra, Lucernex or other lease management software.
  • Analytical and Attention-to-Detail Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) to efficiently communicate with all internal partners.
