We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to join our team at Dream. As a key member of our Leasing Team, you will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and assist in achieving lease objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team, including report preparation, lease documentation, and offer preparation.
- Update Broker contacts in our contacts database and maintain Lease document tracking status.
- Organize and distribute information to brokers and tenants as required.
- Prepare accurate and timely vacancy reports and other internal reporting.
- Field general leasing inquiries from industry contacts on behalf of the Leasing Team.
- Assist the Leasing Team in achieving lease objectives and maintaining good relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry contacts.
- Maintain vacancy listings on our website and update monthly availability reports.
- Assist in the coordination, production, and distribution of leasing marketing materials and initiatives.
- A University/College degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of related experience with exposure to the brokerage community and REIT/Landlord side of the business.
- Previous JD Edwards experience is an asset.
- Proficient in a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
