Job Description

Job Title: Afternoon Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Afternoon Shift Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and leaves the restaurant satisfied.
  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operations: Assist with the execution of daily operations, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve guest-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with restaurant management, employees, and guests, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a quick-service environment, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
