Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including recruiting, training, and performance management.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance.
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.
  • Age 18 or older.
