About the Role

This Client Service Representative role plays a vital part in our efforts to enhance the client experience at Kevin Carruthers Insurance Inc. The ideal candidate will support the team by performing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients upon arrival and prepare specialty beverages, including seasonal offerings.
  • Manage the client lounge inventory, restock beverages, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Monitor and respond to emails from 12 team members within a 15-minute timeframe, requiring proactive communication and organization.
  • Provide backup support for incoming calls and overflow during peak periods.
  • Oversee the referral program, making courtesy calls to express gratitude and build strong relationships.
  • Post regularly on social media accounts to engage with our audience and promote our services.
  • Assign new clients to their designated personal client care advisors, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent service.
  • Verify advisor appointments for the upcoming week, confirming face-to-face and phone meetings.
  • Maintain delinquent activities by identifying overdue tasks and advising the relevant team member.
Working Conditions and Compensation
  • This is an on-site position at our Orleans location (260 Centrum Blvd Suite 102A).
  • The salary is $18.00 per hour, increasing to $20.00 after six months of service.
  • The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Benefits are available upon obtaining an OTL license, which can be pursued at your own pace.
  • Licensing costs may apply if you wish to obtain a complete agency license.
  • Promotion opportunities exist for advancement to Level 1 Advisor if desired.
