At The Credit Counselling Society, we're dedicated to helping individuals overcome financial challenges. As a Client Financial Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in our mission by providing exceptional support to clients navigating their financial situations.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working remotely from your primary residence. Occasionally, you may be required to work from our New Westminster office. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and convey information accurately.

Our ideal candidate has one to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is a requirement for this position, and bilingualism in both English and French is an asset.

The starting salary for this role is approximately $41,210 per year, which may fluctuate based on geography and previous education and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an annual salary review process each January, ensuring regular increases subject to meeting established performance objectives.

Strong organizational abilities, including the ability to switch between tasks quickly and occasionally manage simultaneous conversations while ensuring attention to detail, are also essential for success in this role.
