Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
As a Customer Service Representative Supervisor at RESULTS ADVERTISING, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
