Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively greet and engage clients upon entry, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, taking ownership of resolving issues at first point of contact
  • Assist clients with their everyday banking needs, utilizing RBC's systems and digital platforms
  • Engage in discovery conversations to understand clients' needs and provide personalized advice and solutions
  • Contribute to a culture of collective team success by identifying opportunities to introduce clients to RBC Partners for more complex needs
  • Champion digital enablement by educating clients on self-service options and leading with advice
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines and processes to protect client and shareholder interests
