CC Maple Inc. is a leading organization in the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Executive Director, Sales.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned executive to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
