Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales productivity.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
