Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients.


Key Responsibilities

As a trusted advisor, you will:

  • Support the administration of day-to-day operations;
  • Provide administrative support to various departments;
  • Maintain accurate records and databases;
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures;
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly;

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
