Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily Janitorial Services scope of works at all store or site locations within a designated area or territory, across multiple customer banners. The key focus areas of this role include managing partner performance, overall store operations, quality standards, training, cost management, revenue growth, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily activities of janitorial services teams at various store locations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement annual plans with customer banners, including budgeting, scheduling, and identifying potential add-on sales opportunities.
  • Create and manage store-level budgets, implementing strategies to ensure sustainability and profitability of operations.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS AT STORE LEVEL, FOCUSING ON CROSS-SELLING, TRUST-BUILDING, AND PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • SERVE AS A SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMERS, COORDINATING COMMUNICATION BETWEEN UNITED SERVICES GROUP AND CUSTOMERS FOR ALL SERVICES.
  • ADDRESS STORE-LEVEL CUSTOMER CONCERNS IN A TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE MANNER, PROVIDING SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS AND ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Internal Communication

Lead and coordinate all internal communication with United Partners on a daily basis, addressing issues and actions, and setting expectations with partners through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Process Compliances
  • LEAD PROCESS INITIATIVES AND IMPLEMENTATIONS AT STORE LEVEL, WORKING WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT TO IDENTIFY TRENDS AND PROCESS GAPS.
  • MANAGE BUSINESS USING UNITED TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDED, INCLUDING SALESFORCE AND MICROSOFT PROGRAMS.
  • CONDUCT VISITATION AUDITS AND MANAGE CASE MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY CUSTOMERS FOR BILLING PURPOSES.
Cost Management & Controls

Responsible for managing store-level financial activities, including billing, invoicing, store budgets, customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors' expenses, employee hours, material costs, and equipment repair costs.
